Pricing
Our pricing for labor will include blueprints for permits from your design or choose from designs from decks we have already built, all concrete footings poured into tubes, (support post anchors on TOP of footings) Deck framing any shape, size, levels, all decking secured with Teflon and ceramic coated screws to eliminate rusting. (Stainless screws used when necessary) One set of closed riser stairs, our custom mortise and tenon rail system. ( 2x4 support rails mortised into 4x4 posts.Wood decks only) All decking is installed with a "picture framed" look. Precisely fitted lattice , remove siding and double flash ledger board, and cleaning of all debris.
Just Decks can also provide:

- We use a mortise and tenon rail system on all wood decks, custom cut at our facility, to make them not only easy to install, but sturdy enough to last a lifetime. .

All decks will be separately priced materials and labor so when comparing pricing you have both labor and material costs.
Estimated materials cost:
- Pressure treated ACQ materials- Approx. $9.00 per sq. ft.
- Cedar grade #2- Approx. $14.00 per sq. ft.
- All Pressure treated with Composite decking- Approx. $19.50 per sq. ft.
- Mahogany- Approx. $21.00 per sq ft
- Composite Decking with Vinyl Rails- Approx. $18.00 to $25.00 per sq. ft.
- All material prices are estimates only, size and design can change per sq. ft. pricing
